Odd problems with 0.4.00

Comment Rid BUG FIX

There was another bug found for those upgrading from 0.3.0.
Without fully understanding what went wrong, a solution was found by adding a line in comments.inc.php. This bug could cause some servers to go into a loop reading for comments recursively. You can either get the latest unstable version for the corrected file, or simply add this line in yourself. I attached a diff so you can see where the error lies.

You know the logos that go with each theme in the top left hand corner? Could you write a little something on how you made each one (for each theme) so that those of us who really love your layouts can make a logo to match the theme?

Include block functionality in 4.0?

I just upgraded from 3.0 to 4.0 and I noticed there is not include block type available. Is there a replacement for this? If so, how do I include "/whatever.html" to dynamically fill the block?

I posted this once before but didn't get a response. Does anyone know of a reason why posts and comments get double-spaced on my installation? Example: When entering my story,

Underscore in Table Names

Mysql does not allow tablenames with an underscore in the table name. How does PHPWeblog get around this problem?
