Well...
- Added phpversion() check to socket_set_timeout
is not working on PHP 3.09 either, resulting in:
Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function set_socket_timeout() in include/common.inc.php on line 500

I assumed this would work since seeing this in the php manual:
"This function was previously called as set_socket_timeout() but this usage is deprecated."

Well, how does uncommenting set_socket_timeout() effect the block cache time?
