  • How to get rid of IP when posting - General
    Posted by Foetus (Friday October 20 2000 @ 07:36PM EDT) views: 123
I was using version 0.3.0 and all was ok, when upgrading to 0.4.2, I saw that the ip is shown when a comment is posted (in v0.3.0 it was only shown to the admin when logged in as admin).

Please tell me how to get rid of that function?. Do I need to cut all F_getIP() in submit.php function or something else.

    Thanks for your help,

Foetus of TAkRIZ (a tunisian site censored in Tunisia)

P.S the new release is really great.

Actually, it is much easier than that. Just go into your template files (story.tmpl and summary.tmpl) and remove the $address variable.
