  • Multi-page articles? - General

Well, I've been working on a system for doing articles with multiple pages, with the possibility of images on the page as well. What I've figured out so far:

2 databases - artheads and artpages

artheads contains: Author, email, article title, date, and a unique id number.

artpages contains: article id, page title, page number, article text, image ID (since I store my images in a database), and a unique ID number.

This allows articles with any number of pages, and can then be referenced like "/article_article_1_amppage_1.html" , and can also be listed by date or author.

The problem I'm having is writing the backend to enter data. the edit part is stumping me.

Anyone have any ideas, or want to take a whack at this?
