  • Where can I change the language? - General

    Hello!

In PHPWeblog we wrote in different languages (chinese, Thai...) but when I go on the sites each time I have to set up manually the language on the IE5 toolbar in order for the characters to be decoded. I know that you can put the language code name in the html source header but where shall I put it in PHPWeblog source code?
    Thank you.
