Intranet Expire Problem

I am running phpweblog 0.4.2 on an intranet. I guess the proxy was sending cached versions to the users.
Solution:
I added the following to the top of my header.inc.php

the no-cache meta tag does not seem to work

For IE5 that is a pretty well known problem, its not a phpweblog bug nor php at all, but it would be worth using a different anti cache method.
The way you state above can work ok, but also may cause problems.
