What about addind a voting poll for each topic? Or even for each notice. Like for instance, if we we're talking about a rate, you would have a poll with a question like 'Rate this game' or something like that.

yeah, that could also be nice :) And visitors like that, they lik to belive that they actually are important, even if they aren't;)
