Javascript Includes!

Hi, Firstly, I've not fount any solution as elegant as this for separting the scripting from the layout, very powerfull.
My idea is for an extra form in layout or somewhere, where you can define a block that gets inserted as an extra javascript block for other js functions for rollover graphics etc...
This could be in the database or output as the .js companion file to the layout templates.
Just a thought

why not just add the java scripts directly to the template file that's in HTML already? that way it'll get loaded for each page (cause you're going to need it anyway for each page). then use the code else where in your blocks.
