Even when I enter valid URL this will happen.
My version don't have your Related Links. Is that the problem.
version:using 0.5.1 pre
os linux6.2
my broser is IE5
I have pointed the related links to my site.

That is some language :)
To enable the related links, go to the extended control in the admin menu. There you can add indexnames at the bottom, and when doing that (f.ex. "related"), you can add related links under your stories.

Related links is not the problem. I've been to your site and am having trouble duplicating the error. When I enter a valid URL, I see the popup that you added, but that is it. When I enter an invalid one, I get both. There may be an issue with character set differences.
Suggestion... copy an actual URL that you typed in that was flagged as invalid as a comment on this thread. I can then look at it and maybe I'll see something jump out.
I did notice that you did have many successful URL's entered for the stories.

The cause of the error is in function 'JS_isBasURL' in the formcheck.inc.js script.
I visited other phpWebLog sites and encountered the same problem. However Brian said that they have no problem, so this may be a Language Issue.
I have decided to disable the JS_isBasURL function by inserting a 'return false;' right in front(there by disabling valid URL checking). I will solve this another day.... [...]
