Sorting in F_topicsel

In think a final touch will be adding ascending order in the F_topicsel (common.inc.php)
$sql = "SELECT * FROM T_Topics order by Topic ASC";
Otherwise the content of the dropdown box in contrib.php always appears with random sort order (at least on my system) witch is very confusing.
