I'd like to show a specific Topics stories on the front stories.php page, when a certain topic isn't selected.
I do not want posts to any other topics displayed by default. Is there somewhere this can be selected ? Thanks.

Add an else at the end of the ifs in the /*== get story data ==*/ section in stories.php
(beginning around line 73)
I did this to exclude a couple topics, like this on line 82:
else { $sql .=" Topic '7' AND Topic '9' AND "; }
