Poll and Admin block messed up!

I just installed the fresh 0.5.2 PWL and everything was running fine for the installation process. However, when I created a poll, there are 2 problems:
First, whenever I click to edit the poll, the answers just scramble even though I did not change them.
Second, the seclect buttons disapeared when I vote for the first time. Now the poll has only question and answers but can't select any of them to vote.
The admin block was there when I logged in the first time, but I logged out and when I logged in the second time, it disapeared!
If anyone know the solutions how to fix these, please let me know. Any sugesstions are welcome!
Ãm using mySQL 3.23.36 and PhP 4.0.4.
Thanks a lot!

Hmm.. I've never heard any of these problems before.
Anyone have any ideas?

No, I did not use any addons, just a fresh new PHPWebLog version 0.5.2.

I did a bit of browsing around the code and it looks like the answers are put into and removed from the answers table sensibly.
It appears, and I've confirmed this by doing repeated edits of the Poll and viewed the answers table with phpMyAdmin at each edit, that the ordering of the answers in the answers table can change at submission.
I suppose the solution is to add an "ORDER BY Aid" to each query applied to the answers table. I can't help thinking there's something I'm missing here but at least the changes should be restricted to include/polls.inc.php.
