    Stories from only one topic on the main page views: 282

    Hi all,
    As in this story, I tried to display on my main page only the stories from one or two of my topics.
    So I added the following line to stories.php:
    $sql .= " (S.Topic = '5') AND ";
    but then, I have problems with the page numbers, they are calculated on the total number of stories.

    Would you have any idea?

    This looks like what the new IndexDisplay feature (re Dylan) is going to provide. With it, you can edit your topics, and determine whether or not stories in these topics get displayed on the index page. You may want to hold off until this new feature is tested a little more and all the bugs are worked out. It's currently in the CVS code.
