I am working with phpweblog on my websiste
http://www.bashprompt.org/ and I just can't
seem to make it look good and Was looking for
a little help changing the look and feel of
phpweblog.

Well, what exactly are you trying to do? I just looked at it, and it appears your using the "shanked" theme with a new logo.
If you're building a new theme, probably the easiest way is to start by copying an existing template directory and making modifications to the different template files inside.

I would like to make a new theme, I an not very
good at this type of stuff and I can't figure
out how this theme stuff all fits together.. I guess it's something I just have to keep working
at.
