I have a couple questions on the current unstable build. They may be problems not adressed or failed functionality.
1. Unable to use the 'include' functionality on blocks. This fails to add block, and errors page.
'you can add html though'
Many of the system includes like polls, etc do not show up -
2.http://www.sitename.com/anyphpfile.php turns into http://www.sitename.com//anyphpfile.php, this causes complete hell and logouts when running as admin. This occurs to NON admins also.
3. The setup fails for some reason due to the cache area ala '

etc, etc, etc..
This happens during setup, and during an attempt to clear cache from admin area.
