error

Im getting the following errors for this one file, its not a dir, its a txt file with some info in it. This is a vanilla install of phpweblog-0.5.3, on a clean database called PHPWEBLOG.
Warning: stat failed for /home/daremo/public_html/phpweblog-0.5.3/backend/template/NOTES/header.tmpl (errno=20 - Not a directory) in /usr/local/apache_1.3.12/htdocs/daremo/phpweblog-0.5.3/admin/layout.php on line 38
any suggestions/hints?
running on a lan box so that i can take a look at it and see what its like before i upload it to my live site

Your setup looks screwy.
You have phpweblog installed under /usr/local/apache_1.3.12/htdocs/... but you're expecting it to read files from /home/daremo/pulic_html/...
You've got to have all your phpweblog files in one place or the other.
If you want to access phpweblog at http://www.yourdomain/daremo/phpweblog-0.5.3/ then put it all under /usr/local/apache_1.3.12/htdocs/daremo/phpweblog-0.5.3/
If you want to access phpweblog at http://www.yourdomain/~daremo/phpweblog-0.5.3/ then put it under /home/daremo/public_html/phpweblog-0.5.3/
