Underlined hover

Yo there,
I'm trying to configure a layout to actually make it possible to underline the a link on mouse-over. Is that possible? I can only see the option to change the hover color.

If I where you I would just call a CSS style sheet like below from the header.inc.
A:link {color: #005588; text-decoration: none} A:visited {color: purple; text-decoration: none} A:active {color: #3333FF; text-decoration: none} A:hover {color: #28AEC6; text-decoration: underline}
