Where are fontsizes defined!??

I cannot find the file, where fontsizes are defined!??
Where is that!??
I try and define them in header.inc, and that works allright, but where are they defined as default!??

They are not defined anywhere so that the font sizes are relative to the browser's font settings. The and tags are used to adjust sizes within the different sections.
You can set a fixed point size in the stylesheet in header.inc, but that is the only way unless you edit every page and insert tags.
