rdf export?

Under the admininstration module (0.4.0) in the story control, when rdf export is enabled. And file set to be written to is weblog.rdf. A bad link appears. Is this rdf export supposed to be going to /backend/weblog.rdf? The link that comes up looks like:
/phpweblog//phpweblog/preview.php?msg=%3Cfont+color%3Ddarkred%3E09%2F27%2F00+14%3A33%3A39+%3A+Unable+to+write+to+weblog.rdf
Notice that the link is doubled "phpweblog//phpweblog/ when the base direcory is www.blah.com/phpweblog
Any suggestions on what to look for or if this is a bug that has been fixed?
