Submit without Preview Bug

Lastest unstable.
If you submit without a preview, the summary is not generated.

I have noticed this also.
Is there a fix for it.
"She" should still create a summary view of the article without previewing first. Otherwise, there is no sense in having a submit button there with it.
AHHHHH How about if we just remove the the submit button so you have to preview first then submit?!?!?!?!
That should work shouldn't it???
