Is it possible to have a hidden topic that only
admin can see? Id like to keep track of changes I
make to the phpWebLog code and files in that
topic, but I don't want user to see this. Kind of
like an internal source forge system.

This will be possible when access levels are implemented. Cureently, it makes no sense to have a topic limited to one admin. After templates are complete (which are going nicely, see HISTORY), work will begin on users.. eventually. Thanks for the good suggestion.

OK, I got it to work like I wanted. Basically the
system ignores topics surrounded by parenthesis.
Only the admin can see these topics. I had to
    change 3 files:

    blocks.inc - Won't list parenthesis topics unless
    current person is admin

    stories.inc - Won't list stories in parenthesized
topics. Had to be careful here so that the
correct number of stories were counted and the
    correct number of pages generated.

    inc.d/common.inc.php - Changed function F_topicsel
so users couldn't contribute to a parenthesized
    topic unless they are admin.

I basically added five if statements and changed a
couple of SQL queries. Works great for me.

Jason, let me know if you want me to email you the
    chan
